Certified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Ignace CLOMEGAH was Managing Partner – Arthur Andersen, responsible for operations in West and Central Africa. He completed 23 years of professional experience in this International Firm before deciding the creation of the Firm AFRIQUE AUDIT & CONSULTING (AAC), actual AAC Deloitte Togo, member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He retired after the sale of his firm and devoted himself to his role as Independent Board member in African companies.
He conducted several missions of audits, statutory auditors, development of administrative and accounting procedures, evaluation and diagnostic review with public, semi-public and private companies, working in various industries in general and to structures involved in the Financial and Banking market of WAEMU and Central Africa.
CLOMEGAH has a proven Board member experience to the extent that he is member of the board of directors of public and private structures.
