Any structuring project requiring a partnership with Togo Invest must take into account the following aspects:
A minimum of 5% participation of Togo Invest
The estimated value of the project must be at least $ 1 Million or less if the project is deemed structuring by the TI Board of Directors
Long-term profitability and Return on investment equivalent to the minimum standard in the industrial sector concerned;
Creation of at least 10 jobs
Transparent governance in line with best business practices.
The creation of direct and indirect income for the State;
Compliance with current regulations
